Throughout the website the term products refers to artwork.

Delivery/ Shipment
Title to and risk of loss of the Products shall pass to Buyer as soon as the Products are delivered by Seller to the carrier. Each shipment date is approximate, and Seller shall not be responsible for any damages of any kind resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery of any Products. Buyer shall be responsible for all shipping, delivering, handling, storage and insurance charges. Buyer shall be responsible for any customs fees or any additional delivery charges resulting from customs review.
Buyer shall promptly inspect all Products upon delivery to identify any damage resulting from shipment. Buyer agrees that any damages, and resulting claims, arising from shipment shall not be borne by the Seller and Seller shall not be liable for any claims or damages in such event.
Returns of Defective Products
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are not to return or exchange.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colors and images will be accurate.
Notice: In case the product arrives defective, we ask you to inform the owner within the next 8 hours, so that we assume responsibility. Otherwise, a return cannot take place. The return expenses are borne by the owner.
A mandatory prerequisite for accepting any return, is that the product is in its original packaging. The return package is required to include the purchase receipt.
During the return process we can either credit your account towards a future purchase, or return the money to you.
